   Web Based Training
This company needed to train their staff of technicians at multiple locations across the country. Some of the technicians had never used a computer before so usability was a major issue here. The introduction was written to familiarize them with the process. The training had to be written to be intuitive.

The web-based training done for the Eli Lily Co. is not available to the public.

There is a simulation done in Flash and several charts in addition to the quizzes to let learners gauge how they are doing. The site is published on their intranet but they have granted permission to post it to this site as well.
